- Apply twice daily, morning and night. Recommended for adult skin only.

- Contain 25% chemically synthesized urea in highly concentrated moisturizing and emollient base.

- Rub the heel balm evenly and gently on your feet after clean in warm water.
- Then you could cover your feet with plastic film or something to protect during the whole night.
